McLaren looking for hybrid powertrain engineer

Nopherhole predicted jumps related to unintended secondary effects [USE]. Just because the First Clean Air Act and revisions gave us clean burning fuel injected monsters which wackos claim are unfair, the hybrid is “as plain as day” leap for everyman cars.
And the elites start. vis a vis the url above.
Nopherhole knows that the racing world has already seen world class diesel racers and hybrids already.
What will come next? Antilock and Active Steering or Stability control use brakes to stop wheels from losing traction. That was traction retrieved by braking. What if you come at it the other way? Extremely light racers with the ability to pour more power via hybrid technology to tires that can use it.
Look at it this way – accelerating out of turn two on the back straight. Front left wheel is lightly loaded compared to other three wheels. [don't get nopherhole started on active aerodynamics killed by Porsche on the Spyder 550 when the competition got too hot.] Oops, foregot to mention four wheel drive. Computers can automate the distribution of hybrid drive to separate motors on each wheel, which, by the way, can turn into brakes if needed.
Supply the finesse of electric drive at the left front wheel, leaving the engine to provide more remaining power to both back wheels in proportion to the ability of the tire to provide propulsion. Right front… well you should get the idea.
The Nascar formula, for example, would have to be changed/tweaked, but maybe they could lighten the cars by two Danica Patricks, at least on Laguna Seca. How about a race that is flag to flag with no pitstops? This would be a challenge because the weight of the fuel would change as a percentage of the total body weight when going from full fuel at the start to empty at the end.
