Okay – Here it goes – Obama is a Tyrant

Well what does that mean?

Obama has manufactured a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object. to evinces a design to reduce we the people under absolute despotism, so it is the peoples’ right, it is the peoples’ duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for the peoples’ future security. –Such has been the patient of certain states and more typically private citizens of the several states and protected-flagged territory; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. The history of the present President of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over above-mentioned states, individuals and incorporated statutory business; in violation of the takings clause and the Constitution of the People as Amended. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good including firing of private citizens the duly elected servants of nongovernmental corporate entities, transferring wealth to political entities of his choosing and to secure such “Machine Politics” found in the many states but specifically the State of Illinois and the metropolitan government of Chicago.

He has forbidden such governmental inspectors and legal entities to perform their duties as legislated and regulated per such rules as passed legally by the legislative and administrative bodies except those to which a politically expedient to his Party, those entities created to foster and further his Tyranny, or to suspend in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved legal governmental bodies for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to propose regulations or legislation to justify or lawfully enact such actions as he has caused other public corporations without support of rules and regulations lawfully enacted in corporate government or such private businesses as banks, auto suppliers, industrial concerns and house of prostitution, such as the town hall of Chicago; whereby such personal and corporate wealth is subject to arbitrary decisions by his whim. In the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose of non-citizens all rights, benefits and programs due the citizens of the aforementioned beneficiaries of the Constitution, that is, the people. Obstructing the enforcement of laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands by above-mentioned citizens, business, corporations.

He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for established judiciary powers.

He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies of regulators not subject to common sense without the consent of the proper governmental regulations. He has directed his minions to designate expirations from our lungs as a dangerous gas.

He has affected to render the military dependent to his whim, refused to recognize the lack of Constitutional rights of non-citizens, end the the national will as to treatment of enemy combatants and spies as ruled by military Conventions for lawful military actions approved by the Congresses and fought on foreign soils.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:

For protecting non-Citizens,  by mock trial, from punishment for any murders and other crimes which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states:

For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world:

For ceding control and apologizing to foreign Tyrants and Militant Terrorists;

For imposing taxes on us without our consent:

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury:

For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses:

For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments:

For suspending our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated government here, by declaring us out of his protection and waging war against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burned our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries known as Democrats to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow citizens taken captive on the high seas to bear arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our various militant and barbarous to the lands of the nation in conflict with military law;

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have we been wanting in attention to our Democrat brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends.

Since the election, every Democrat program may be implemented without review by the legislative branch. The constitutional versus administrative checks and balances have been removed.

– Follows bullet point from above. Without legislative review, no ability to enable checks and balances exists. True?

Obama stressed, “Following the planned death of Supreme Court member Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the new Democrat Central Committee will expand the Judicial function to be subject to added administrative review.”

– When Ginsburg dies, the Obama war room has already war gamed how best to “play” the outcome. The president has name a information technology czar to allow direct administration to vocal chord, AVC, news transfer. CBS and ABC are using beta version of the software now. It is rumored that the gold version is already implemented at CNN.

– The IT Czar is an actual position. Was there a telegraph czar? A telephone czar? Why is there any political connection between the administration and how information technology should proceed at a near-Cabinet level?

Dead Cat Bounce – Funds required to be invested in Stock Market

Nopherhole has mentioned that certain mutual funds are required to invest a funds in the market in certain proportions. And rather than holding an emergency meeting to allow them to hold lots of cash and bring focus to the problem, mutual funds are pouring gasoline on a smoldering barn house burndown.

The mutual fund phenomena of also doing “window dressing” at the end of a quarter plays a part. Some funds don’t want to be caught with rotting corpses in their portfolio so they liquidate the viscera, and buy anything that is not wafting the sweet sickly odor of death. This gives a little spring to the market at the end of the quarter – such as March 31.

Nopherhole did not make up the term “dead cat bounce”, but it sure is descriptive of the market.

Size of Government – Take every dollar from the Billionaires

Quote from Forbes list of the World’s richest.      “The net worth of the world’s billionaires fell from $4.4 trillion to $2.4 trillion, while the number of billionaires was down to 793 from 1,125.”

Nopherhole lost money at about the same ratio, but the math intrigues nopherhole.

If the US government took all the money, not the income, but the lifetime wealth, it would last through the budget month of January.

Obama’s Appointment of Chief Information Officer – Office Raided by FBI

Federal agents this morning are searching the Judiciary Square office of Washington, D.C.’s Chief Technology Officer.

The search is part of “an ongoing investigation,” said a spokeswoman for the FBI’s D.C. Field Office, Lindsay Gotwin, said. She declined to comment further.

Vivek Kundra, was appointed last week Chief Information Officer by the Obama administration. His last day at the city government office was February 4, a spokeswoman for D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty, Leslie Kershaw, said.

“We know the FBI is over there but that’s all we know,” said a staffer in the D.C. CTO’s office, Mario Field, who was working from a separate location. Another source familiar with the raid said the FBI had sent all staffers other than senior executives home for the day.

Nopherhole joked about this new position in the Obama Administration last week on Ann Coulter’s Blog and was shot down by other commenters. After all, what intrigue could there be concerning this new position? Nopherhole’s comments were a farce, but backed up by real comments and stories of the last few days.

[By the way, my absurdity was that the federal Information Officer would develop software to bypass the daily fax that dictated the day’s news, and go directly to the brains of the media through some technology. Some media, in my absurdity, were in the beta version, while rumor had it that CNN was running on the gold version. Gold, as nerds know, means the final frozen version of software that is going to be burnt to disc.]

Nopherhole has a “eine Million Marke note” from when it took a wheel barrow load of these bills to buy a loaf of bread.

What will take the place of today’s currencies when they no longer have value?

Will the USA swing into a post Soviet economy?

Now that the bad news is getting worse, it is only when the media quits giving HJ’s to Obama and starts to report the cause of the problem, will the Contrarians get their signal to jump in again.  Contrarians watch for total unanimity of bad or good news and go the other way.

With Obama at extremely high approval ratings at the time of the elections, nopherhole should have gotten out of the market.
